We explored a new place this weekend and Max had some new experiences.  The back pack turned out to be a hit and his first time in a big pool was a success!

Another Visit From Grandparents

Ross's parents visited us for a week and we enjoyed spending time together in the beautiful weather.  The highlight of the trip was the new mode of transportation they gave to Max.  I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, Max or us.

Baby's First Winery

We are trying to refine Max's palate at an early age in hopes we will have a sommelier in the family.

I'm joking, of course.  There was a band playing at a nearby winery so we packed a picnic basket and enjoyed an early Mother's Day in the vineyard.

Armadillo Festival

Excuse me, I mean World Famous Armadillo Festival.  Yes, we are lucky enough to live in the town that hosts this exciting event!

Max liked looking around at all the lights and spinning rides.

Unfortunately he's too short to ride on them.  Maybe next year!

He wasn't too disappointed about it though.  He still had a nice evening out with mom and dad.

Core Workout

Max isn't able to sit on his own yet but he does get a good workout doing baby sit-ups.

First Easter

We were lucky to have another visit from family for Easter.  Max is a lot more entertaining than the last time Michele's parents were here.  We all had lots of laughs playing with Max and making him giggle.
